Acquisition of Concentric Security Resources, LLC expands Minuteman’s foot print in Vermont and New Hampshire
Andover, Mass. – October 30, 2015 – Minuteman Security Technologies, Inc., a North East regional enterprise security integrator, has entered into an agreement to acquire assets of Concentric Security Resources, LLC., a security systems integrator based in Manchester, NH. Concentric Security Resources is a division of Black Diamond Consultants, Inc.
The acquisition of Concentric Security gives Minuteman a solid foundation to continue its fast growth through the New Hampshire and Vermont region. Concentric Security offers integrated security solutions to wide range of clients throughout the region, including the health care, higher education and municipal markets.
